Hello and welcome.
For over a decade, I have worked in higher education to support the development of student changemakers—leaders who use their skills, humility, expertise, and power to affirm the humanity of all people and pursue a more just, sustainable, and equitable society.
In my current role as a Professor of Practice and the Associate Director for Career Education and Life Design at Tulane University’s Taylor Center for Social Innovation and Design Thinking I design and scale life design and design thinking curricula that help students craft meaningful professional pathways. My open-source curriculum has reached more than 15,000 learners worldwide and is taught by a network of 30+ trained instructors.
I also direct Tulane’s Changemaker Institute, a graduate social venture accelerator where students deepen their understanding of social issues, connect with local mentors, and gain entrepreneurial tools to launch and scale social impact ventures. In 2023, I co-founded and now co-lead Krewe School, a year-long transformation lab supporting nonprofits in reimagining their theory of change and using human-centered design mindsets and tools to deepen their impact.
Beyond course design, I have led major institutional initiatives: co-chairing Tulane’s AI & Career Readiness Working Group, delivering more than a dozen AI enablement workshops, and consulting with organizations such as Taipei Medical University in Taiwan, UMass Amherst, and Ablr on AI adoption and learning innovation.
My professional path is rooted in civic leadership, experiential learning, and international engagement. I have built two university centers from the ground up, created multiple programs and experiential service-learning trips, and lived, worked, and led programs in more than 20 countries. I also serve as a facilitator and coach with the Stanford Life Design Studio , am co-founder of the international Equity and Inclusion Life Design Working Group, and am an EDI consultant with VISIONS, where I support equity-centered organizational change.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to equity, inclusion, and the belief that education should prepare learners not only for careers, but for lives of purpose and impact.
