When interviewed for this article, I stressed how universities must teach AI literacy and best practices instead of what I am currently seeing which is more of a “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. If these tools are inevitably going to a part of our students’ working landscapes, it is our duty to teach ethical and responsible use of Generative AI tools.
