I was honored to be the keynote presenter for the Maryland Career Consortium’s (MCC) annual conference. The MCC consortium consists of 15 colleges and universities in the greater Baltimore area.

I shared how our approach to life design career education cultivates flexibility and adaptability in a changing world, empowers students to design careers with social impact, and necessitates identity development and exploration to better understand oneself in the world.
